By accessing or using the LakaTrades platform ("Platform"), creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Trading Education Program Enrollment Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LakaTrades LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
All content provided through LakaTrades — including but not limited to daily trade plans, weekly outlooks, Coach's Trade Reviews, live sessions, courses, trade feedback, and community discussions — is strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. LakaTrades LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and financial outcomes. Past performance discussed or illustrated on the Platform does not guarantee future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Platform is intended primarily for users in the United States. Access from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and subject to local laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Sharing account access is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund. LakaTrades uses OAuth authentication (Google, Apple, or Microsoft) — we do not store passwords. You must notify us immediately at lauren@lakatrades.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
LakaTrades offers the Execution Edge X membership on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize LakaTrades LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Before gaining access to the Platform, all members are required to electronically sign the LakaTrades Trading Education Program Enrollment Agreement. Your digital signature, along with the date and time of signing, is recorded and stored as part of your account record. A confirmation email is sent to both you and the administrator upon signing. By signing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained in the Enrollment Agreement, including the no-refund policy, chargeback waiver, and educational-only disclaimer.

All content on the Platform — including trade plans, weekly outlooks, course materials, videos, PDFs, setup analysis, strategies, Coach's Trade Reviews, software, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of LakaTrades LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for your own personal educational purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
Trading stocks, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of all invested capital. You acknowledge and accept that: (a) trading is inherently risky; (b) no trading strategy guarantees profits; (c) past performance does not predict future results; and (d) you are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their financial consequences. LakaTrades LLC does not manage money, execute trades on your behalf, or guarantee any specific trading outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LakaTrades LLC, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, your trading decisions, or your reliance on any content provided through the Platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to LakaTrades LLC in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
LakaTrades is committed to making trading education accessible to all learners, including members of the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. All video lessons include full captions and written transcripts. Daily trade plans are published in written format. LakaTrades LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use, the Enrollment Agreement, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for any unused subscription period. An email confirmation will be sent to the affected member upon account termination. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to active members. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
